ALEXAURE est une cuvée d’exception produite par la famille ANNEY propriétaire du Château TOUR DES TERMES à Saint-Estèphe. Son nom vient de la synthèse des prénoms des deux enfants de Christophe ANNEY : Alexandre et Aurélie. Vinifié intégralement en barriques, la vendange une fois triée est incorporée directement en fûts neufs adaptés, où elle subira sa vinification et son élevage pendant 18 mois. Cette méthode d’inspiration très ancienne permet de tirer la quintessence du potentiel qualitatif du raisin.
